Hi,
I am currently in the US, preparing for CAT 2005 and GMAT. heard from the grapewine, that selection into an Indian business schools, like the IIM,s XIMB XLRI is tougher for the experienced professional.
Wanted help from the folks studying at these places to help understand the weighatge of experience in the selection process.

Respected sir,

99 % ppl give CAT to fetch the a job in a MNC with an goal of goldman and mckinsey. i mean to run away from india. Now you are already in US, then what's the need to come to india? Elite institutes like IITs and IIMites are not to gain knowledge but to fetch a decent job. And suppose someone do not perform well in course, he will not get a job given that how much talented and dedicated he is. so, sir enjoy the life in US and kick the idea of CAT. here in india only IT, IT and IT nothing else.
ppl do not know anything about industries and they make the financial model for it and many of them have not even worked in industries. hope you got the point.
