Is exp mandatory for one to make an application at ISB.? and what else are the essential criteria for ISB pls do write back where I can find the full details of it.

Experience is not mandatory for applying to the ISB. However, it is desirable that you have at least 2 years of work experience.

You would need to submit GMAT score, get recommendations, and fill out an application form. Please visit www.isb.edu for further details.
