its very difficult for me to understand what does "dyad" in marketing means. could you all help me to understand this in very simple terms.

dyad literally means a pair...similarly in the context of marketing when the functionalities of marketing combines with the functionalities of any disciplines like hr ot r&d so that the organisational strategies are effectively implemented....thus the pair forming the dyad form a symbiotic relationship with each other...

thus a marketing hr dyad will be to understand how the the marketing functionality works with the personnel department to achieve organizational goals. ..
