My qualification is B Tech in computer science. I am working in product base company as Product manger. I also had good exposure of project mangement work also. It's been 2 years,I feel that for major decions I relied on my seniors. I want ot switich to Quality assurance deprtment to improve core skills. I have two options now. First to continue working in Product mangement and do corresponadance MBA. Other is to switch to QA to improve my core skills and increase market value. Please advice whihc is better option.

I wont comment on your choice for shifting between product management or quality as being a software professional you will know urself the area which you like more and wish to grow

however regarding your decision to do part time MBA or MBA by correspondance, I wish to point out that correspondance MBA as almost negligible market value it can add at most 0.01% value to your CV as there is no institute of repute which is providing these courses. further even part time MBA offered by IIMk & XLRI through Direway has not been so popular with the recruiters so far and does not add value to CV as expected by MBAs
