Hi Amit,
I am assuming here that you have no workex, in that case, the most obvious question that yu can expect is how can you link MBA to your past qualification..... right ??
Well tell them that during your IE course, you have learnt that since most Industries and plants are cost centers and not profit centres, so proper financial mangement is the key to cutting costs and sustaining the business.
Also say that since you are an engineer, you have a developed from your course a keen sense of logic and a flair with numbers. Both of these being verry essential in Fin Mgmt, you can say that you are a good choice for them to select. If required, then also add that since you are an engineer, you are comfortable with working in teams to achieve time bound results. So this makes you comfortable with the strict regimen of the MBA course.
