Hi FH,
I will try to address some of your concerns...
First about Work-ex with BPO. Well, as far as work-ex as a criteria is concerned, what is more important is the quality of work, rather than the company. For example, if you are the Project Manager in a smaller firm, I believe, you have a better chance than a progrmmer with Infy. Some Instts, like NMIMS and some others consider only work-ex with NSE/BSE Companies, but I am not sure as to how that makes a difference.
Second, and more important, about your preparations. While it is understandable that you are preparing from study material, it must be said that these materials are not enough. There are several other advantages of taking Classroom coachimg which are simply not possible to get from study matrials. Some of the most basic ones are Interaction with peers and realistic benchmarking of your efforts.
So try to find time off to join some coaching classes.... Maybe weekends only will also help.

regards,
Windisha

yes i agree with windisha...the advantage of taking tutions is mainly learning more n more tricks..to do..having to meet deadlines...n also interacting with peers...which will greatly enrich ur knowledge...

about the BPO experience..i'll say yes if it's a known BPO..n if u hav experience of working in some responsible positions...yes that experience will count..

some colleges do see the bse/nse stuff...but most dont....

ATB for ur preparations...

ciao..
