c given u r backgorund as u say u r fresher it wud b better if u can wait for one more yr and thn go for CAt or some other good b-schools next yr....unless u r really running out of the time and want to start MBA thi syr only........
b caz it is not so gr8 inst tht u can't miss............
anyways..a better start wud ensure better career...
so take a call after thinking prperly tht whether u r prepared to appear for CAT and other exams and try for better well known B-schools next yr.........
have a look at u r performance in the EXAMS THIS YR assess whether u can make it next yr..........if u think u can improve i'll suggest u better wait for nxt yr....if u unfortunately think otherwise tht no this is u r best performance and u can't do better nxt time.........thn go for it..and study hard thr and remember u can strike gold in whtever u do....u just need to analyse u r current situation whr u r and thn set u r goals and formulate u r plan of action and work for it.....and rest just always b cooool don't stress..its the last thing which shud b in the skill set of a STUDENT MANAGER.....

As has already been mentioned, it will be prudent to write MBA entrances again rather than joining SICSR now. Since you are a fresher you got nothing to loose. Take up a job in IT sector and prepare simultaneously for CAT, XAT etc and God willing you will crack them all....
