You can check there respective websites for these certifications. I thnk BSE also takes classes for preparation though both the places give some study material which you have to study for giving the exams. They will provide u study material as well as certificate stating that u have attended the lecture on Mutual funds. There are no Exams. BSE also conducts many other courses like on Shares, Derivates etc. U can see the course details on Economic Times on 3rd page. This course is very informative as well as interesting. U will get an overall knowledge about the Mutual funds.
