Hi

Well, before i start off with my RamKatha lemee share my problem-I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND A PERMANENT JOB IN HR IN A GOOD DECENT COMPANY.

To give a brief about myself- have done PGDBA in HR(Distance Learning) while I was working with a BPO as a customer Care for 2 years.

I did manage to get a break in HR in a telecom company, but was a contractual job.Luckily I got through another MNC as a Managemnet Trainee-HR which unfortunately again was a temporary job.

Now I am at such a point that I have taken a job with a search house as a Recruiter but I aint happy about it at all.
Why???? Bcoz all of my previous jobs have been with world renowned professional companies ,so I am not able to adjust to this.

I would like to get into corporate HR and of course as a permanent employee.

Can someone please guide me WHAT SHOULD I DO?????????and also do you think this problem surfaced because of distance learning or is this the ongoing trend in HR industry.

Thanks a lot for reading through. You are a real kind soul and well if you can help me then you are GOD to me.

Looking forward to help.

hi

well i think u urself hv answered part of ur problem.

given your status of degree, top names will take u on temp basis as that is quite a rule in initial phase.

I will suggest you to concentrate on the present position or try for indian corporate house as they will give u entry on account of your working in top MNCs. work for some time have stability and then try moving in to company of your choice. Hence no need to be frustrated on account of this

Agree with snigdha1 100%

Desire of where you want to be is one thing. Market valuation is quite another, and is usually a lot lower than where we feel we belong.

It is always wise to accept to what the job market is offering , identifying the assignments you can build on so that youc an convert your ambition into reality in 2-3 years time.

Of course by that time your ambitions will be a lot higher .... and that is the way it will be till you retire

Cheers !
