Taking cues from the evil director of Human Resources...the most famous Dogbert....
Employee eval after training...
communication...put the trainee in front of a deadly cobra and measure the candidates ability to convince the snake to put its hood down...strict rule...only sign language to be used....of course body language forms a major chunck of communication...you can have 2 grades...pass / fail..
if pass = yes
