I have done engg & currently working in an MNC.
So is it possible to get into an good B-School abroad???

Acads are important, but with good workex and good GMAT score this can be compensated.

Academics are imp but for admissionto good US schools overall profile is very important. Hence if your present profile, and work ex makes right kind of impact coupled with good GMAT score, you can manage admission as Ruchir pointed out
