I am doing a summer project in a leading telecom company. I have to study the sales and distribution channels of various service providers in a district. How should I go about it.How can I understand distribution and commission structure of various service providers.....Plz.Plz.Plz.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!help me.....

I would suggest that before going to the questionnaire part, you talk with a few experts in the industry and grab an idea about the current scenario. Then think about what are all you can contribute to the topic. Based on that you prepare a plan for your study. Then you proceed to action according to your plan.

Consultants.. who've worked in the industry would definitely provide more than a helping hanf..
as've been discussions in the industry extraction of information can be diff. at times.. could be just about anything information about partners.. information about revenue distribution.. or information about strategy adopted to hit the market...
people at times.. are not really keen to share this info.. and this especially happens in case of SMEs or those organizations.. which fear that revealing such information might be affecting their Clientele..
