Hello Friends...

As u must be awake that im udertaking a project from RBI, ahmedabad on "RELEVANCE OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND ASSET LIABILITIES MANAGEMENT FOR URBAN CO-OPERATIVE BANKS"

I want certain inputs on " Expected contribution of the Study"
This can again be modularized into
1) Contribution to RBI
2) Contributions to Urban Co-operative banks
3) Contribution to ACADEMICIANS (i.e the institute i m pursuing MBA from)

I have made a rough note on this........ however i would appreciate your add-ons

Hi

The aim of summer training is to expose students to working style of organisation. It also gives an exposure to a student to work on his career options as he understand a particular function.

Now to think that if RBI will change its monitoringsystem is a bit faras atfirst you shall attempt to that and it shall present a model which is superior to the model they have.

Hence right now focus on what you are gaining rather than what they are gaining

so chill dear :banana
