Hi

I'm joining the JNTU MBA Part time course. I'm working for a Bank. Our bank recognised ICFAI's courses and offers full fees reimbursement. After going through the discussion in this forum, I've decided not to join ICFAI. I want to represent to my Bank that JNTU's MBA is much more valid than ICFAI's course. Can anybody help me with some valid info in this regard, so that I can build a case to get fees reimbursement for JNTU course also?

Hi

If Your company is reimbursing your fee for ICFAI then better go for ICFAI as it will take quite some effort for you to convince your company to waive JNTU fee as well so better dont waste your energy there.

ThanQ for ur quick response. But I'm convinced that JNTU is better than ICFAI.. So I've joined this course. Even if my bank doesn't reimburse the fees, I'm ready to go ahead.. Just want to give a try. If I put forth my argument with accreditions & recognitions kind of stuff, may be I'll succeed.

Hi

I think you can get lot of stuff on ICFAI including UGC guideline which talks of ICFAI and how it has been asked to close shop in Chattisgarh as well as reports where TN High Court has asked ICFAI not to admit students. Probably that way u can say that JNTU is better placed than ICFAI

Hi,

Please do not spoil your life thinking about MBA in JNTU either part time or regular.
My honest advice to you is that this particular MBA department of JNTU is encashing on the brand value of other jntu dept's.
The faculty is not proper nor is it present for all subjects brother with total negligence of infrastructure.
