I am doing project in a reputed company and I need to measure the organizational impacts due to training by Kirk-Patrick level 4 evaluation. I have searched in all the ways of how to measure that but i am not getting sufficient information regarding the measurement. So please give me a general idea of measuring the RESULT level evaluation. Is it possible to measure the impact by providing questionnaire to employees. Is there any recommended questionnaire for this level evaluation?
And i have read that it is very difficult to measure and most of the organizations do not measure this level. But I shall be very helpful if you provide me the details regarding this evaluation.
