I am doing my MBA in Operations Management.

Now I am in last semester. I am not able to decide the title of my Project.
So, I am very much worried about this.

I am doing work in a construction company.

Can some one suggest me about my Project Title in Operations Management.

Please also give hints to get material for that project.

I am working in a construction company.

I am in search of such a project which I may complete with minimum efforts since I have less time due to my hectic schedule.

In fact any area will do my purpose solved for which I may collect material easily.

I think you could go for projects in OR e.g Waiting line problems or Assignment problems for optimum manpower reqd. etc. You can also consider e-governance in GOVT. ORGANISATION.
