What is the right way?
I am the founder of a particular project. In the view of increasing the popularity of this project, I have prepared a business model as to how to generate revenue. Now, when the revenue is generated, I would be using it to improve the project and take it to a different level. I am not aware of the answer for the following situation:
There is another founder along with me.
There are a couple of Super Moderator kind of people
There are a couple of Moderator kind of people
There are many freshers
1. When I generate a revenue, who all should be informed about the statistics?
2. Should I have to reveal my business plan to everybody in the team?
3. I am the only one who invests in this project and there are two or three other people who are responsible for getting a few sponsors. If the revenue is just sufficient to compensate the expenditure, it is fine. But in case of profits, what should be done? Who all should be given the profits?
I'm a little confused. I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out of this situation.
