In the questions 6, 12 and 22 can we use
us instead of him and me
them instead of her and her daughter
us instead of him and me

and can these sentences also be written as;

24. God never wanted Adam to eat the forbidden fruit.
25. The Satan always wanted Adam to eat the forbidden fruit.

1. No, in place of him and me the use of us is not to the point as 'him' is left if us is used. Likewise, in place of her and her daughter the use of them does not indicate her and her daughter. Instead of him and me the use of us does not solve the purpose of the reporter. However, us or them may be used if the reporter means the 'persons' to be present rearby.
2. The sentences 24th and 25th are correct as the verb 'want' is not followed by a noun clause. As, my father wants that I develop complaisance.(incorrect). My father wants me to develop complaisance.(correct)

9. Now our country does not import cereals.
21. Are we not depending on the sun that gives us energy and warmth and without which no life is possible?
22. My wife hardly appreciates me but today she appreciated me.
26. "Are you blaming me for flunking you?" said he. "No, sir, I am not." said I.
36. Many trees standing on the either side of the road do not bear fruits.

9. correct 21. incorrect. Don't we depend on/upon the sun---------.22. -----but to-day she appreciated me. (correct). But it is appropriate to write: '----------she is appreciating me. 26 incorrect. Do you blame me for flunking? " No, sir, I don't." said I.( The verbs like blame, doubt, contain, understand are not used in the present continuous tense.) 36. correct. But, the sentence is independent. Many trees stand on the either side of the road. They do not bear fruits.
