Default Indian Women MBAs who made it Big

Dear Members

I read a article today published on CoolAvenues.com here are some lines from the article
Women is Sri—she is radiant… her aura is illuminating. She is effervescent, enlightened, astute and thoughtful and more so her ability to handle too many things at a time is exceptional.

It has been said time and again that women make good managers. They have this ‘natural’ ability to handle ten things at a time. Breaking the glass ceiling in a male dominated society is difficult. It has its own challenges, requires sacrifices, has family and society related pressures, which are well absorbed by women.

Chanda Kochhar, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICICI Bank Limited, Shikha Sharma is MD and CEO of Axis Bank Ltd, Vinita Bali, Managing Director, Britannia Industries, Naina Lal Kidwai ,Group General Manager and Country Head of HSBC India, Roopa Kudva, Managing Director and CEO of CRISIL and the Renuka Ramnaths are the featured ladies...

Hats off to these women... Its really seems good to see that Indian Women are doing their best in all field but there are around 50% of Indian women depend on others for livelihood... Government or NGO shall take a step to make them self depend. It will also help India to grow. The leading ladies in Corporate world can also take an step to make Indian Women educated and Self-dependent
