Default Percentile vs GD/PI

Do you think just scores are good enough to gauge a students potential? Or an indepth GD/PI helps understanding a students potential better?

Yes GD/PI helps to understand students potential that's why all the top b-schools use to call candidates for the GD/PI/WAT to shortlist for final admission.

Score also help to judge is the candidate is capable or not.

with Neha only scoring good in a competitive exam is not enough to evaluate a candidate. Group discussion helps institutes to check candidates confidence, how the candidate work as a team, how quick he can answer a point, how easily he make others convince with his points.

I think it would be inappropriate to judge the candidate on the basis of just the entrance test. I think the GD/PI round and the Interview round are equally important. These kinds of round help judge the communication skills and presence-of-mind of the candidate. MBA is a very prestigious education in itself, so it becomes utmost important that the candidate should be good on all the parameters.
