CAT 2012 will be conducted by IIMK; Prof SSS Kumar to be the convenor

Prof SSS Kumar of Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode has been appointed as CAT 2012 convenor. Prof Kumar is the faculty of Finance, Accounting and Control at IIM K.

As per the sources, there shall be no changes in the pattern of paper.

The notification for CAT 2012 is out. The exam is scheduled to be conducted between 11th October to 6th November 2012.The entrance exam comprises 2 sections, each lasting 1 hour and 10 minutes with 30 questions. The details on the same are given below:
1) Section 1 - Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation
2) Section 2 - Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning
Important Dates:

Sale of vouchers - 30th July to 17th September 2012
Registrations - 30th July to 19th September 2012
Exam dates - 11th October to 6th November 2012
Results - 9th January 2013
