What topics Most in MBA Admissions?

I am here to get answer of the following questions “what topics most in MBA admission?”

I am trying to get admissions MBA but I ‘m getting to know that different colleges applies different policy. Some accept high CAT and MAT score where others analyze the leadership skill and group discussions. As per me the entrance exam score like CAT, MAT and group discussion is very important to get admission.

Can you tell what your opinion is!

MBAs look at the following in order of decreasing importance
-work experience
-college transcript
-GMAT score

All the above things are so important to have good MBA program.
