Hi,
Good after noon to all of you.
I am amit, working as a Executive - HR in a manufacturing company.I have completed my MBA from Delhi this year 2006.Hope we will create a better envirnment for upcoming people in this field. I have choosen HR field, as still HR in INdia is not at all in adult stage, & it requires alot of challenge, struggle overall I belief We need to choose field according to our instinct.
