Last year, results were out on 20th January.

As declared by the institute this year, the expected date is again January 20,2011. The GD/PI process will be conducted between February 5 and February 12, while the final merit list is expected to be out by 25th Feb.

Well, a lot of discussion has happened/ will happen regarding the cut-off for SCMHRD, since there is no strict cut-off for the college, but it gives profile-based calls. Thus, sometimes students with a comparatively higher score get overlooked while someone with a lower score may get a call. However, the insititute does give out 'blanket calls' for very high scores (last year it was 113.75) irrespective for profiles. This year the cut-off for SCMHRD is expected to be around 105-110 for the open category. However, for 'blanket calls' it's likely to be higher.

i am scoring 81.
is there any gd/pi for managemnet quota?

I think you need to contact the college itself on any such query .... this is something which can be answered only by the college administration

I scored 105 marks in SNAP.
X - 75%
XII - 74%
B.E. - 70% (Mechanical).
1.5 yrs of Work Experience.
And i also have some extra curricular activities..
Can i expect a call from SCMHRD??

Well, it's difficult to comment on whether someone WILL get a call from SCMHRD as there is no hard and fast cut-off. Your score and acads seem pretty good, so from my experience I can say you have a good chance. However, please remember the relative profile also matters, as you will be competing with people with similar achievements/background. So a lot of weightage will go to not only the quantitative aspects (marks/years of experience/SNAP score) but also to qualitative aspects (your undergrad institute, the quality of work ex, the extent of extra curricular activities).
