i created this thread for the discussion about FMS BHU which is a rapidly growing university based business school......
and anybody who got admission in the current session or is waitlisted can join the facebook group of FMS-BHU 2011-13 Batch....

I have a different view on this, I am from Varanasi and did my MBA in 2004-06 in a good institute of Delhi.

BHU is a good university, however Varanasi is not place where you will find industries and Corporates. Placement opportunity is not as good as comparison from a good reputed institute in a Metro.

Its just view from my experience, One can certainly check admission in a good institute ( Metro ) like IILM, Bimtech, MDI, IMI, LBS for better placement opportunities.

you have every right to have your own opinion, average placement from FMS-BHU is 7 lack per annum and fee is just 14 thousand p.a....... , so decide accordingly...........and regarding location, i accept its the only weak point of FMS-BHU....

I don't think that location is that much important, because location never affects the education process as well as placements process.

BHU-IIT is a real example of this which is also located in Varanasi.
