Handled all aspects of HR from Recruitment to Exits through SAP, worked on different modules. i am in usa on H4 visa,interested in suitable openings here in USA in HR or Admission in a good HR course(MBA/Phd) in USA. Need your help in with details on what is the market for Indian HR professionals in USA?Are there sufficient openings? What are the minimum requirements for getting a break in USA in HR field? Can a H4 visa be converted into H1? Also if you have some information on good HR courses (MBA/Phd) in USA / USA universities please share. I'm currently located in bay area california. Your guidance will be of great help. thanks in advance
