This does not imply that either group is not in demand, but that they fall outside the needs of mainstream international MBA recruiters. Inexperienced candidates typically accept lower paid graduate level positions and experienced professionals are more likely to use a search company to identify suitable opportunities.

6.6 SKILLS

Wise MBAs will seek opportunities to develop skills that are important to recruiters. Figure 10 demonstrates how 'soft skills' such as interpersonal, strategic thinking, and leadership are more important than finance abilities, academic success, and knowledge of IT.
