Responsibilities: -
  • Partner with application sales executives to attain revenue objectives by providing solution and business consultation as well as technical expertise in Call Center / Unified Solutions line of business during the sales process.
  • Assist the sales executive and/or lead with identification and assessment of opportunities in a specific geographic region.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs through discovery process to develop solutions to fit their business requirements.
  • Provide technical sales support, including proposal development, preparation of application road-map blue print, ROI models, Statement of Works, proof of concepts and technical presentation to the application sales team and partners.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Years of Software Sales / Solutioning & Design Experience of about 3 to 5 years.
  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in solutioning and designing Call Center / Unified Solutions.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic personality and enjoy working in a team.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate the company’s solutions’ abilities to solve customer business problems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Candidate with consulting background and working knowledge of IP Telephony with be advantageous.
