Objective of the Role: - Work with company's Financial Transformation & Technology Services Division to implement solutions pertaining to organization design and change management for setting up a Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) for a very large Indian conglomerate. Responsibilities: -
a) Organization Design:
Understand the various processes designed for the SSC to ensure all necessary aspects and needs of organization structure are identified.
Develop organization structure and manpower requirements for the SSC based on the processes designed, productivity norms and industry best practices.
Work with client’s HR department to develop recruitment plan for SSC and support client in staffing, on-boarding and training process.
Develop governance model for the SSC organization incorporating reporting relationships, interactions, escalation matrix, etc.
b) Change Management:
Work closely with client’s HR representative to develop strategies to align various stake-holders by understanding of the impact on stake-holders and identifying possible concerns.
Develop and deliver communication messages in collaboration with client to involve and align stake-holders.
Identify issues arising from transiting of employees from their base organization to SSC organization and develop strategy to address the same.
Identify the change impact due to implementation of SSC and support client in successfully communicating the same to various stake-holders.
Identify various training needs vis-à-vis the job requirements and support the development of training modules.

Proven experience of working in an HR-related environment with a shared service organization gained from a line or consulting role.
Experience in Organization Design, Change Management, Shared Service Centre and Development of HR Systems & Processes.
MBA in HR from a premier institute with an experience of 3 to 8 years.
Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player.
Drive and commitment to own and deliver outstanding work.
Experience of running a work-stream or a project.
Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
