Responsible for identifying TOS opportunities proactively.
Position benefits and value proposition of TOS to senior management in customer organizations.
Understand / appreciate technologies, IT service delivery processes, and nuances of financial models.
Will create business case working through with customer organizations.
Will work with the LOBs and create a TOS solution / bid in line with the customer needs.
Identify and mitigate risks in the TOS solution.
Make detailed presentations to the customer on the solution, with aspects of domain / technology.
