Lead a Team of Compensation & Benefit professionals who are part of the Compensation & Benefit team at the Corporate level.
Mainly responsible for driving the compensation strategy within the organization.
Provides the interface with the Senior HR Management team (including the Board members) both in understanding the Corporate philosophy as well as in providing data and analysis to the top management periodically.
Manage Global Compensation & Benefit Policies, Programs and Practices including new country penetration.
Observe and analyze the current compensation trends and benchmarks with other industries / organizations - roll out the Annual Compensation Survey.
Represent the organization in all compensation benchmarking forums.
Liaise with external consultants and professionals to establish new and competitive benchmarks for the organization.
Provide strategic direction for role-wise competitive salary positioning.
Work on various Compensation Structures and Design Compensation & Benefit structures based on the market conditions and organization needs.
Initiate new ideas and solutions for optimizing investments in Salaries and Rewards based on Performance.
Lead the HR policy revision and ensure policy deployment with regard to Compensation & Benefit initiatives.
Co-ordinates with the Corporate Legal Team to comply with the legal / statutory requirements, and to effect the Compensation & Benefit policies for the organization across the globe.
Give inputs to the HR ERP Systems team for all HR related data.
Work closely with the HR Operations team to streamline HR processes.
Regularly participate in HR audits within the Compensation & Benefit Function.
Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including the integration of benefit programs following mergers and acquisitions.
