  • Understand / appreciate technologies, IT service delivery processes, and nuances of financial models.
  • Will create business case working through with customer organizations.
  • Will work with the LOBs and create a appropriate solution/bid in line with the customer needs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the Organization’s solution.
  • Make detailed presentations to the customer on the solution, with aspects of domain / technology.

  • Should be aware of possible financial models.
  • Should be able to think strategically and position customer benefits.
  • Should be able to handle and lead complex IT bids.
