Candidate Profile:
  • CA or a full-time MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute.
  • 3-8 years of experience as Quality Analyst or Business Analyst in an IT Product / Services company, performing Quality and/or Business Analysis role for a Financial application.
  • Experience in Manual Testing and well-versed with functional, performance, User Acceptance, Regression, and black box testing.
  • Knowledge of Structured Analysis Tools and approach (like UML, use cases) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent exposure and educational background in financial domain. Knowledge of various derivatives products like options, Swaps, Forwards, etc., for Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange or Commodity Products is desirable.
  • Expertise in Excel (macros & VBA), Visio and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills, and should be a team player and have exposure to working with international teams.
  • Self-starter; focused and driven to succeed; result-orientated. Organized and disciplined with ability to manage expectations.
