Food Technologist with an Engineering background./ M.Sc. / Ph.D. / B. Tech. / M. Tech. in Food Science and/or /B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering. MBA would be an added advantage. The role requires experience of over 10-13 years, preferably 2-4 years in Operation / Engineering, 6 years in R & D. This role demands a good understanding of consumer nuances, flair for consumer knowledge along with core technical strengths especially Engineering / Food Science & Technology / Nutrition.
