  • Establishing and growing the Service Line: Play a key role in setting up and growing the F & PM Service Line.
  • Business Development: Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading proposal development process.
  • People Development: Participate in the staffing process, staff recruitment and retention activities.
  • Engagement Management: Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solution by the client.
  • Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, point-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

    Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years progressive business and consulting experience.
  • Experience in a consulting firm and projects in which the primary stake-holder was the CFO.
  • Experience in few of the following areas: financial analysis; risk; treasury; planning, budgeting & forecasting methods; value & portfolio analysis; reporting and analytic methods; reporting solutions; accounting process reengineering; shared services design.
  • An excellent track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.
