Provide research support to case teams, proposal and lead preparation.

Contribute to client projects by conducting research on relevant themes or companies in the financial services sector.

Supports development of practices’ knowledge base, support Financial / Insurance / Consumer Goods Services research and benchmarking projects.

Conduct information research in professional information sources / databases not accessible directly to consultants.

Assist consultants in selecting the right research approaches and analyses.

Serve as a focal-point for leveraging BCG's knowledge base and past experience.

Share knowledge of the industry - latest trends, best practice examples, sources for information, training for new employees.

Build and contribute to the Financial / Insurance / Consumer Services Knowledge base.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree required. MBA would be an added advantage.

Preferably in business related or research / analytical field.

1+ year experience in the consumer industry or financial servies industry.

Experience with searching online databases and research tools.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of seniority.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

High degree of competence in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Access skills viewed favorably).
