Responsibilities: -
  • Provide strategic transition planning and implementation inputs to the corporate business planning exercise.
  • Liaise with UK teams to support the development of operations’ strategies.
  • Plan and manage the team budget and costs.
  • Lead capacity planning activity with the senior management team.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary support on bids for new contracts, business.
  • Establish positive working relationships at senior levels with cross-functional teams including client representatives in leading the end-to-end migrations and transitions.
  • Represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess and manage escalated risks and concerns.
  • Coach, guide and support team to achieve team, department and strategic objectives.
  • Strategic planning for transitions and migrations.
  • Budget & Cost Management.
  • Development of team.
  • Stakeholder management.

    Company Profile:
    A third party captive UK offshoring company having global operations in Zurich which support the UK Govt and its the largest third party BPO in UK. They began their operations in India with about 300 people and now they have the strength in all of 3000 people - sites are in Andheri, Vikhroli, Bangalore, Pune and Powai.

    Candidate Profile:
  • MBA with 10+ years of total experience, with 5-6 years of leadership and project management experience.
  • Experience in the BPO sector is preferred.
