Role: - This opening is for a Strategic Account Manager to handle Large Account of Wipro. The job role involves building relationships with key stake-holders of the customer organisation across levels and functions, identifying business opportunities, working with the Wipro organization to ensure we address these well, manage the CSAT levels, be the single face of Wipro for the customer. The role carries Revenue, Gross Margin, and Order Booking targets, and will report into the Head - Sales. Responsibilities: - 1.Strategy to Handle / Penetrate Large Accounts
Craft an IT strategy for the account based on domain understanding and relationship with key stake-holders, influencers in the account.
Leadership to the sales and the pre sales team.
2.New Initiatives / ISV & Principal Relationship Management
Proactively drive large IT initiatives in customer organizations.
Ability to track domain trends and conceptualize ideas, launch new initiatives to address emerging / uncovered (but high potential) customer needs.
Ensure ISVs relevant to the domain / account are mapped and a relationship is developed with them to address domain / account specific opportunities in future in partnership with Wipro.
Be responsible for developing relationships with principal representatives who handle the UBER accounts to ensure Wipro gets an early lock-in with them to address opportunities jointly in these accounts.
3.Execution / CSAT Responsibility
Complete accountability of all execution; which may include multiple but independent IT projects from a single line of business or it may involve execution cutting across multiple lines of business. Timely execution of projects, maintaining / improving profitability during execution are key deliverables.
Own and drive customer dashboard to track key performance parameters.

Understanding of budgeting, approval and decision-making, and execution cycles of IT projects in large and complex customer organizations.
Domain understanding in Insurance / Retail industries a plus.
