A. Process Management
1. Review project risks and formulate mitigation procedures.
2. Review project status and compare planned to actual values.
3. Ensure project plan is updated and mutually signed off by eClerx and Client.
4. Enhance existing processes and explore new business opportunities.
5. Encourage cross-pollination and manage relationship with peer eClerx teams.
B. Performance Management
1. Conduct performance reviews to ensure process robustness -
  • Weekly Project Review.
  • Monthly Operations and Projects Review.
  • Half-Yearly Analyst Performance Review.
  • Monthly Business Review.
    • 2. Coordinate with support teams to align the team with overall eClerx roadmap -
  • Weekly Process & Tech Review.
  • Bi-weekly Knowledge Management Review.
  • Monthly Resource Management Review.

  • Should be able to handle multiple processes, each of 15-20 team members.
