Responsibilities: -
  • Primary responsibility of ensuring the successful daily operation of the Collections Department for cards.
  • Responsible for organizing, coordinating and controlling the collection efforts of their direct reports and their teams.
  • Duties include portfolio management, supervision of daily performance, growth of employees, compliance with Company's policies and procedures, monthly management reports, and P&L responsibilities.
  • To ensure that minimum billable login hours are achieved.
  • To track agent absenteeism levels and ensure that the same is within the process defined limits.
  • To develop a robust incentive scheme in line with client specific metrics.
  • To develop a transparent feedback mechanism.
  • To recognize and reward merit and high performer.
  • To ensure that all the processes are 100% compliant to Company's policy.
  • To ensure that the unit is 100% Audit prepared at all times.
