Responsibilities: - This role will be working for a more complex business, which requires in-depth business-specific knowledge to reflect the diverse nature of the business.
The purpose of this role is to: -
  • Assist in the day-to-day operational relationship between the organization and remotely located Finance Business Partners and their teams.
  • Understand business needs in order to enhance the service offering.
  • Actively manage the relationship with support from the Cluster Relationship Manager.
    • The holder of the role, acting as an interface, will be expected to work closely with their Business ‘customers’, which will involve travel to their respective business sites besides also looking at service delivery, financial control and financial reporting.

The financial services company provides financial reporting, regulatory compliance reporting, and management accounting support services.

    Candidate Profile:
    Accounting qualification or MBA (Finance) or the equivalent, proven experience of 2-6 years in a Relationship Management role in a BPO / Financial Services firm. Experience / understanding of international cultures desirable.
