Responsibilities: - To head the Finance & Reporting, inclusive of the work managed offshore, strategically and operationally, and to ensure the highest operating process standards with levels of excellence in governance, risk, control and compliance, being maintained. Provides leadership and direction to total management team within a significant part of the organisation and across multiple / large project teams, Oversees overall relationships across the reporting teams with the business clusters. Responsible for overall service delivery, and the fulfilment of contractual obligations. Accountable for delivery of the business financial and head-count targets.

  • Accounting qualification or MBA (Finance) or the equivalent essential with at least 5 years experience in similar roles.
  • Strong leadership skills, delivery orientation and customer focus.
  • Able to deliver for stake-holders, and champion stake-holder needs.
  • Delivers high performance providing compelling purpose and direction.
    • Works with others to deliver the best possible results.
  • Track record in developing businesses in a customer-focused role, in a shared service environment, to achieve significant business benefits.
