Effectively manage challenges of contract labour, plan long term strategies and guide contractors in negotiations with unions to ensure a peaceful industrial relations climate.
Ensure the smooth running of operations at CFS in a cost effective manner despite constraints of laws and other statutory regulations.
Maintain contacts and deals effectively with government authorities / police / local dignitaries as required.
Deal directly with Contractors.
To undertake special assignments.
To advise the General Managers and other Departmental Heads on matters concerning industrial relations.
Hold discussions with solicitors and brief advocates.
Attend to disputes in labour and other courts, labour commissioner and other local authorities like Police, Court & Gram Panchayat.
Keep abreast of latest trends in the industrial relations field and maintain contacts at appropriate levels with statutory and government authorities / local dignitaries to protect overall interests of the organizations.
