Responsibilities: -
  • Determines work procedures, makes work assignments, and expedites workflow. Issues written and oral instructions. Delegates ditties and monitors work for exactness, timeliness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Assists subordinates in performing duties.
  • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of team members.
  • Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances. Establishes training methods and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with plant site personnel.
  • Communication of critical problems to department manager, personnel manager, and site liaisons.
  • Addresses errors and complaints received from internal and external customers.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Finance background at graduation level. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • End-to-end F&A knowledge.
  • Has experience in conducting classroom training sessions.
  • Has been onsite as a TIM (Training & Implementation member).
  • The candidate should have an overall experience of 3-4 years in the BPO industry handling trainer’s role, conducting training sessions in BPOs serving US clients preferably in Voice and E-mail chat-based processes.
  • The candidate possessing certifications as an English / Process Trainer is a must.
  • Strong computer skills, including high MS Word and Excel skills is required.
  • Strong organization skills, proactive, flexible, high personal integrity able to adapt to, embrace and drive company's culture and core values.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Should be a good team member and need to have good relationship skills.
