Responsibilities: -
  • Will be responsible for presales activities including end-to-end client interaction.
  • Will be responsible to design solutions as per client’s requirements.
  • Will be responsible to demonstrate the solutions in Customer Studio.
  • Deploy and manage new platforms and solutions from Organization & Partners in Studio.
  • Ensure all systems are upgraded to latest release before GA date.
  • Create and customize solutions for various Industry / Verticals.
  • Identifying key features of each of the products so that we position the same effectively in front of customers.
  • Conduct Product Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team on new release.
  • Manage IT & Telephony infrastructure for all locations. Ensure high uptime for all Platforms.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in a technical discipline with 6-8 years of experience in Enterprise Telephony / Convergence Solutions. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Should have good knowledge on Communication Manager, Enterprise Telephony and Contact Center (CM Basic & CM Elite).
  • Knowledge of AES / SES is must.
  • Should have Customer Interaction experience.
  • Experience with Software Development tools and Databases will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, have ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge on Solutions, viz., Extreme, Polycom, Nice & IP Trade would be added advantage.
