Responsibilities: -
  • Order Processing for India Sub-continent Customers.
  • Indent Sales Documentation.
  • High Sea Sales Documentation.
  • Coordination with Finance for Order Processing/ Release.
  • Independently resolve post shipment and post documentation problems reported by customers.
  • Coordination with Asia Pacific Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Coordination with Country Finance, Tax and Supply Chain.
  • Follow-up for collection of dues.
  • Coordinate with various agencies like freight forwarders, plants, carriers, CHAs, customers, etc.
  • Responsibility maintaining all documents and ensuring SOX Compliance.
  • Processing Customer Quality / Service Complaints.
  • Experience in Local Stock & Sales Operations.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably Bachelor of Commerce with good knowledge of Import-Export Documentation. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Experience of 5-7 years in similar role, preferably in MNC environment which requires coordination and interaction with regional teams.
  • Added qualification in Supply Chain will be desirable.
  • Good Commercial acumen.
  • Experience of working with shipping companies, freight forwarders, carriers, CHAs.
  • Good Knowledge of Computer Programs like MS Word, Excel, E-mail for day-to-day work.
  • Knowledge of network based applications like SAP R3 will be preferred.
  • Good written and spoken English to communicate with Regional Teams.
