Custodian of the leadership development and training function for the organization.

Responsible for implementing brand vision and brand standards across all hotels.

Responsible for formulating leadership development and other corporate learning initiatives.

Member core team responsible for defining operating standards.

Liaises on a regular basis with the Hotel operations to ensure SOPs standards for each function are defined clearly and implemented.

Audits the SOPs on a periodic basis and provides gap analysis, recommends and implements training to bridge the same.

Hotel Management Graduate / MBA (HR).

12-15 years work experience in Hotel operations and training.

Leading brand luxury hotel work experience essential.

Overseas exposure desirable.
