This profile focuses on setting up a Strategic Enterprise Customer Interface Application Environment encompassing Enterprise CRM within the Business Support Systems domain of IT.
The responsibility would also require a thorough knowledge and experience of implementing and operating Voice Technology (IVR / ACD / EPABX / Logger) technologies especially in an outsourced environment.
This job would be the interface for various day-to-day operations at the governance level technology solution & services framework through successfully proven process models; thus, ensuring smooth functioning of all Telecom IT BSS Stake Holders.
