Compensation & Benefits Strategy & Management.
Climate Assessment & OD Interventions - Employee Feedback (Surveys, One-on-Ones, Suggestion, Exit Interviews, etc.).
Retention Management - Employee Recognition & Awards.
HR Metrics & Reporting - MIS/HRIS Update, Company Intranet, Company Newsletter.
Change Management Interventions.
Employee Handbook & Policies.
Attendance / Leave Management.
Payroll Coordination with Finance.
Admin Related responsibilities
Housekeeping, release of purchase orders.
Will have to ensure the timely release of payments, will have to follow up for all necessary papers.
