The incumbent should have relevant experience of 3-10 years. He should have handled Large Infrastructure deals. He should have originated deals, structured and appraised them and particularly syndicated (debt) them. The candidate must be a CA or MBA (Finance). Candidates from Delhi / NCR / Gurgaon / Noida will be preferred. Ideal candidates should have exposure to Industry segments like Energy, Power, Roads, Ports, Transport, Logistics, Mining, Shipping, etc. Core Competencies: -
Highly competent in business analysis and proficient with complex financial models. Good understanding and hands-on experiences in infrastructure sector, project financing on a non-recourse / limited recourse basis, structured financing, guarantees, securitization, credit rating of infrastructure projects, financial sector and capital market development.
Execution skills in terms of building relationships, understanding lenders / investors’ requirements, and presenting a financing case.
Highly articulate with excellent presentation, negotiations and communication skills (written & oral).
Existing relationships with Banks and FIs with demonstrated ability in fund raising.
Excellent team player and demonstrated ability to lead small teams under pressure to meet business targets.
Result oriented - finds ways to reduce time and cost of completing work; monitors work and progress, and makes improvements; works with others to overcome problems and finds alternative ways to complete work when necessary.
